Thank you for really comfortable stay, having setting to xmas markets. It is in a quiet street, I loved that. I would like to go back there again and would recomand this place to anyone.

It was made for a family holiday. It had an amazing setting right by the old town, all the shops, and both Princes Street and the castle and royal mile area. The bathroom was amazing and excellent here.
The location was a bit noisy.

I liked great location and service. The neighbourhood was surprisingly quiet. Right by the bus stop, 5 minutes' walk away. Everything was spotless and it was a pleasant stay, nonetheless my bed was uncomfortable.

Well we appreciated this place, spent 1 fantastic day here. A microwave oven, an electric kettle and glassware provided. Location was unbeatable and and beautiful, so close to great restaurants and bars right next door, local pubs and stores.

The room was incredible and impeccably clean, the location was absolutely perfect. Helpful staff did everything they could. I liked the service, it was exceptional! I cooked breakfast few times in a fully furnished kitchen.
